As I wrote, I was already running a 3.2 Kernel and uboot worked fine
Uboot version:
Since there´s no important data on the dockstar (it only does print- and scannerserver + apt-cacher) mabye the most easy way would be to back up /etc and do a new clean install. First install was squeeze and since then i only updated the device, and it ran for a few years.

U-Boot 2010.06-00695-gbd23130-dirtyThe upgrade was a debian security update of linux-image-3.2.0-4 from revNr 3.2.41 to 3.2.57.
