from any os that has DD installed e.g archlinuxARM type "dd if=/dev/mtd0 of=nsa320_mtd0.img" this will dump the mtd0 (uboot) to nsa320_mtd0.img in current directory, copy to usb and upload. Might be...

You don't use 'dd', but 'nanddump' for nand images, if you want a working copy.

IIRC nanddump does mind the nands error correction algorithms, which should always result in a useable image. 'dd' on the other hand doesn't care, which could result in a unuseable image. But I didn't...

Fair enough, but saying "you don't use 'dd', but 'nanddump' for nand images" is saying "that guys wrong, dd won't work" when thats not the case.

@Geo, I'm also having problem with a Sandisk microSDHC 16GB (with Sandisk adapter). It was not recognized by this uBoot. Debian was fine with it after boot.
